Nashville Wedding Photographers
We wanted to share a little bit of information about what we bring to your wedding day. We know there are many options for your Nashville wedding photography and we sincerely hope that you find the photographer that is the perfect fit for your wedding day dreams.
Two Photographers at every wedding
There are so many wonderful moments that happen on a wedding day, and having two photographers there helps in capturing those memories.
During the ceremony, it is great to have different angles and different perspectives. As I focus on capturing the ring going on your finger, my second photographer is able to capture the expression on your face and the way you look at each other. You know all those lovely side angles of the bridal party you see on Pinterest. Those are captured by a second photographer. Or that cute photo of the ring bearer and flower girl hugging off to the side, that is captured by a second photographer. Many times some of the most special moments happen when people are not focused on the camera.
Dedicated Second Photographer
I work with the same second photographer/assistant at every wedding and engagement session. She is a part of my team and that makes us much more efficient. Many photographers use different second shooters on each wedding. For consistency on the product we deliver, we feel it is important that the same photographers that took the photos you see in our gallery will be the ones at your wedding.
The Gear we Bring
Your wedding only happens one time!
We come to your wedding day with multiple cameras, lenses and flashes. We photograph your wedding day with top of the line cameras and lenses. We have enough gear that if anything was to malfunction on a wedding day, we have something to take its place.
We use dual slot memory card cameras. This is very important! Any memory card can fail at any time, so we want to be sure that we don’t loose any of your wedding day memories. Please make sure that any photographer you consider hiring is using a dual slot camera.

Lighting your special moments
We love the look of gorgeous natural light and so do most brides. For most of your getting ready photos, bridal portraits, wedding party and bride and groom photos we will use natural light. However, if quality of the available light is not great, we do have the lighting tools to supplement and still get you some gorgeous images.
We also use off camera lighting for dark reception venues and outdoor night receptions.
Fully Edited Wedding Images
We deliver an average of 130 images per hour of coverage and on most of our weddings we deliver more.
An edited image is corrected for color, contrast, saturation and exposure and cropping if needed. We do not batch edit. We look at each and every image and give it the attention it deserves.
You may have heard the term “shoot-and-burn”. That is when a photographer just takes the photos and delivers them with a batch edit applied to all the images. We feel that is a disservice to the client and that your wedding deserves more attention to detail.
Wedding Day Timeline
Four to Five months before your wedding day we will send you a questionairre to complete about the details of your Nashville wedding day. From this information we will put together a detailed photography timeline for your day. You will know everything from when you need to schedule your hair and makeup to when you need to tell family to be ready for photos.
One of the things are clients consistently tell us that they appreciate is that we put together a list of grouping for your family photos. This helps it all to go smoothly and makes sure that we do not miss anyone that you wanted to include.
Of course, we always say “Timelines are Guidelines” and we always tell our brides not to stress on your wedding day. It’s your day and your party! Enjoy it!
Post Wedding Love
When the wedding is over and you return from your honeymoon we will have you come to the studio for a photo reveal.
Clients love this experience! We put together a slideshow with favorites from your wedding day and along with some wine and food you get to relive the emotions and love of one of the most important days of your lives.
